Brand Communication Lead

About the role

Jeeny is looking for a Brand Communication Lead to shape and maintain its brand voice across Jordan and Saudi Arabia. The role blends strategic content planning, hands‑on copywriting, creative development, and quality control to ensure every customer‑facing and internal message is clear, relevant, and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content and communication strategies for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Own and maintain Jeeny’s tone of voice across both Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
• Lead the creation of campaign concepts, slogans, storytelling, and key messages.
• Write and review content for social media, digital ads, CRM, app communications, websites, presentations, and internal materials.
• Adapt communication to each market while preserving a consistent brand identity.
• Act as the final quality check for all written communication before publication.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear briefs for content and creative teams.
• Collaborate with designers and multimedia teams to ensure cohesive copy‑visual integration.
• Review requests from performance marketing, commercial, growth, product, and other departments for audience‑friendly, on‑brand delivery.
• Lead content planning, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and mentor copywriters.
• Monitor cultural trends, audience language, competitor communication, and creative developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, Arabic, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, brand communications, or content strategy.
• Strong professional writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience developing content for Jordan and/or Saudi Arabia, with deep understanding of Arabic dialects and cultural nuances.
