Brand Creative Manager

About the role

The Brand Creative Manager will bring Namaa’s brand strategy to life across digital, social, and marketing channels. Working closely with the Brand Strategy Lead, you will translate strategic direction into compelling visual and content assets. This hands‑on role covers design, photography, videography, and day‑to‑day creative delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative concepts and campaigns aligned with brand strategy and creative direction.
• Produce high‑quality design, photography, video, and content assets for digital and social platforms.
• Translate briefs and strategic direction into creative concepts and final deliverables.
• Manage end‑to‑end production of creative assets, from concept through final delivery.
• Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Brand Strategy Lead and Marketing team on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
• Personally execute high‑priority design, video, and other creative projects as needed.
• Stay updated on design, social media, photography, videography, and content trends and incorporate new ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, brand design, content creation, or creative marketing.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, digital content, social media, photography, and/or video work.
• Deep understanding of visual identity, typography, layout, design principles, and content creation.
