About the role
Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transactions team in Jordan. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects, supporting clients through research, financial modelling and transaction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Research key industry trends, company‑specific information and relevant financial data using internal databases and tools.
- Assist in building financial models to support client decision‑making and negotiations.
- Develop and analyse financial forecasts to estimate business valuation using comparable companies, DCF and transaction multiples, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Analyse financial and other data for visualization and insight generation.
- Prepare transaction collaterals such as teasers and information memoranda.
- Evaluate a company’s operational and financial performance, capital structure and growth prospects.
- Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
