Business Development Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

CsMena is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its technology portfolio. You will identify, develop, and close new opportunities for a wide range of IT solutions, targeting enterprise customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and value propositions.
• Maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, IT leaders, and procurement decision‑makers.
• Represent CsMena at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales of technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT needs and the ability to translate them into solution offerings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a robust sales pipeline.
