Business Development Representative – GCC Region

About the role

RemotePass is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative for the GCC market. The BDR will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping to expand RemotePass’s footprint across emerging markets by generating qualified leads and setting up sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in target GCC markets, building a robust pipeline of leads.
• Maintain a high‑volume outbound cadence, making personalized cold calls in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover hiring and compliance pain points.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in RemotePass’s platform.
• Handle objections with empathy, turning challenges into partnership opportunities.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demos for senior sales colleagues.
• Record all interactions and pipeline updates accurately in the company’s CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach tactics and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Professional or native fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
