About the role

AI Makers is seeking an experienced business development and sales professional to join as a co‑founder/partner. This equity‑based opportunity focuses on driving growth in Jordan and regional markets, with flexible, contribution‑based working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate qualified leads.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and business relationships.
• Support client meetings, presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
• Help define go‑to‑market, sales, and growth strategies.
• Represent AI Makers professionally in business discussions.
• Provide market feedback to shape services and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on development priorities and growth plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to open doors and build trusted business relationships.
• Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an early‑stage startup.
• Existing network in Jordan or the region is a strong plus.
