Category Executive

About the role

The Category Executive will support the integration of strategic supplier brands into the Transmed portfolio and act as a growth architect for the private label project. This role combines brand management, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive brand performance and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new supplier assessments, performing due diligence against corporate standards.
• Develop and execute joint business plans for assigned brands, aligning sales forecasts and stock levels.
• Collaborate with local agencies on ATL, BTL, social, research, and retail audit activities.
• Analyze brand sales data and market share trends to generate actionable insights.
• Communicate brand marketing plans to the sales team and ensure flawless in‑store execution through field visits.
• Draft commercial proposals with the Business Development team, covering reach, range selection, and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with market planning, logistics, finance, and sales to gather required information for budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct market studies to identify local and global trends and support category understanding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
