Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our Amman office and support branding and business transformation projects for our clients. The consultant will design and implement change initiatives that enable organisations to adopt new strategies, processes and behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organisational readiness and conduct stakeholder analyses for branding and transformation programmes.
• Develop change management strategies, communication plans and training approaches aligned with project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare presentations and reports, and provide advisory support to client leadership.
• Monitor adoption, measure impact and adjust plans based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless integration of change activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable change plans.
• Proven experience in business transformation or change initiatives, preferably within branding, marketing or professional services.
• Background in management consulting or similar consulting roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PROSCI, ACMP) are a plus.
