CIB Transformation Manager

About the role

The CIB Transformation Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives for the Corporate and Financial Institutions sector, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic objectives and enhancing customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic transformation projects across the Corporate and Financial Institutions sector.
• Initiate, propose and coordinate strategic initiatives, leveraging deep knowledge of business processes.
• Assess impact of transformation initiatives on corporate customer service and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management to secure data for analysis and decision‑making.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Work with multiple bank departments to integrate transformation processes with overall bank objectives.
• Lead change‑management activities, ensuring new practices are embedded in policies and daily operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, define resource requirements and monitor execution in partnership with the Enterprise Project Management department.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale strategic transformation or change programmes within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate and institutional banking processes and regulatory context.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
