Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will be based in Amman and act as the primary liaison between YourPass and its network of partner gyms, studios, and wellness providers. You will ensure partners receive the support they need to succeed on our platform, helping them to onboard, stay engaged, and grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new fitness and wellness partners, guiding them through platform setup and training.
• Manage day‑to‑day partner accounts, providing timely support and resolving issues.
• Plan and execute partner‑focused events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to address partner needs and improve service quality.
• Monitor partner performance, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for increased engagement and retention.
• Prepare regular reports and present insights in meetings.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall partner and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer service or partner support with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and basic data tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or technology‑based services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
