Co-Founder – Sales & Marketing (AI Vision Startup)

About the role

We are an early‑stage AI vision company based in Jordan, building a solution that uses existing facility cameras to detect safety and operational issues on factory floors in real time, in Arabic and English. We are looking for a co‑founder to own and build the sales and marketing function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full commercial pipeline – from lead generation to contract signing.
• Define pricing strategy and select the most appropriate model for the market.
• Create Arabic and English marketing collateral, case studies and positioning statements.
• Establish partnerships with camera installers and system integrators.
• Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Required profile

• Proven track record closing deals with manufacturing, industrial or logistics companies in the region.
• Established network of plant managers, operations directors and safety leaders.
• Experience navigating long procurement cycles and IT security reviews.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional working English.
• Comfortable selling technology and eager to learn the product.
