Commission-Based Business Development Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the client base for a construction and real‑estate developer in Amman, Jordan. The representative will work on a commission‑based model, turning leads into signed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the construction and real‑estate sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calls, meetings, referrals, and networking events.
• Present company services and prepare basic proposals in coordination with technical staff.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, deals, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and report on market trends.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales and lead‑generation experience.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects.
• Comfort working in a commission‑based environment and meeting sales targets.
