Communication & Reservation Agent

About the role

The Communication/Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for prospective guests, handling inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. Working in the award‑winning Four Seasons hotel in Amman, the role blends guest service with detailed reservation management.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone, email and fax reservation inquiries promptly and courteously, using guests' names whenever possible.
• Process new bookings, update existing reservations, and manage the reservations email inbox.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, seasonal offers and local attractions.
• Handle special requests, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of hospitality throughout the guest interaction.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, hotel computer systems and high‑speed internet services, including basic installation and troubleshooting.
• Deliver wake‑up calls and messages in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar hospitality or reservation role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong attention to detail.
