About the role
As a Concierge Agent (Guest Experience Expert) at The Ritz‑Carlton in Amman, you will create memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay, guiding them with personalized service and local insights.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/check‑out assistance to handling special requests.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
