Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to build and lead our Construction & Projects Department. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of large‑scale civil works, from planning and coordination to site execution and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SOPs, KPIs, reporting and accountability systems for the department.
• Lead engineers, surveyors, contractors and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Control site execution, schedules, manpower, resources, quantities, costs and quality.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and launch recovery plans when needed.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure and finishing works.
• Enforce contractor performance, deadlines, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Provide management dashboards covering progress, cost, delays, risks and decisions.
• Lead projects through final inspection, handover and closeout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10+ years of construction and project management experience, preferably in real‑estate development or large‑scale construction.
• Proven leadership of engineers, surveyors, contractors and subcontractors.
• Valid PMP® certification is highly preferred.
• Strong decision‑making, discipline and accountability.
