Corporate Sales Representative

About the role

The Corporate Sales Representative will promote Zain Cash products and services to business customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to achieve sales targets. The role involves prospecting, presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective profiling and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate sales action plans and schedules to meet contract targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential corporate clients via meetings, calls, and emails.
• Communicate new product opportunities and feedback to relevant departments.
• Identify and resolve client concerns in collaboration with supervisors.
• Visit prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate, sign, and manage contract renewals, leading price negotiations within policy guidelines.
• Coordinate payment collection with finance and related teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Provide product demonstrations, both live and virtual.
• Execute cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer profiling.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
