Costing Manager

About the role

The Costing Manager will lead the Cost Accounting function for Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Amman, ensuring a unified costing system across the organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of Cost Accounting plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and manage the Cost Accounting work plan, assign projects, monitor workflow and evaluate methods.
• Design and enforce cost control policies, establishing a unified costing system across the company.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including direct, indirect and overhead expenses.
• Oversee costing of new products and maintain adherence to the established costing methodology.
• Support top management in tender pricing and decision‑making by delivering accurate cost data and reports.
• Continuously monitor and improve costing systems, updating methods and procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CMA certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or related finance functions.
