About the role
WashyWash is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Amman office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering exceptional support to customers who use the company’s EcoClean garment cleaning solution. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints and feedback, ensuring each interaction reinforces the brand’s commitment to health‑safe, sustainable cleaning.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Resolve product‑related issues, complaints and service requests, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide clear information about EcoClean technology, pricing and service policies.
- Identify recurring problems and share feedback with internal teams to improve processes.
- Uphold WashyWash’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stay professional and composed under pressure while handling multiple requests.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Prior experience in customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
