About the role
Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Remote Appointment Setting Representative, connecting customers with health‑optimizing Protocol Review appointments and driving meaningful wellness outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using provided scripts to schedule Protocol Review appointments.
- Report to the ASR Director, attend daily stand‑ups, and hold regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
- Track performance through KPIs such as Appointments Set, Show Rate, and Outcome.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and VOIP phone systems.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented individual comfortable working 40 hours per week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high‑speed internet, laptop with mic, camera, and headset.
- Ability to work from 8 AM CST onward.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience using VOIP phone systems.
What we offer
- Base pay of $6 per hour plus a 1 % commission on gross profit from closed appointments.
