About the role

Scry AI is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality assistance for its AI‑driven platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot platform issues, and help users get the most out of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support portal.
• Troubleshoot product, platform, and workflow issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage support tickets, track progress, and escalate complex cases to engineering or product teams.
• Document interactions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Guide users on platform features, best practices, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer‑success teams to share feedback and improve support workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or client‑service roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly.

Required skills
