Debt Settlement Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Debt Settlement Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this position you will contact prospective clients facing financial hardship, assess their eligibility for debt‑settlement programs, and guide them through enrollment while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to determine program eligibility.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, benefits, risks, and expectations.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Present customized debt‑relief solutions and overcome objections to close sales.
• Guide clients through enrollment, ensuring accurate completion of required documentation.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and adhere to company policies, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume, talk time, conversion rate, enrollment volume, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in debt settlement, debt relief, financial services, or inside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales dialer tools.
