DevOps Engineer Specialist

About the role

Almosafer is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain its cloud infrastructure. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies to ensure high availability and performance of travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
• Ensure system health, availability, and rapid issue resolution.
• Automate at least 95% of operational tasks.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud environments.
• Manage databases and workload performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with AWS in production.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Kubernetes experience.
• Strong Linux administration and shell‑scripting skills.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, routing, subnetting).
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Helm.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Argo, or similar.
• Background in system administration, logging architecture, and monitoring (Prometheus).
• Familiarity with configuration‑management tools (Ansible, SaltStack) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
