District Sales Executive

About the role

The District Sales Executive drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Expeditors within an assigned district. You will act as the central point for coordinating sales activities, building relationships, and delivering logistics solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory, understanding local customers and competitors.
• Enter timely data into the company CRM system.
• Develop value‑added logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and oversee credit setup.
• Assist with accounts receivable collection and ensure smooth transition of new business.
• Make at least 50 sales calls per month and conduct joint calls as directed.
• Meet individual sales budgets and maintain a diversified pipeline across verticals.
• Participate in local trade groups and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales experience in the relevant market.
• Strong oral and written English proficiency.
• Well‑versed in the trade market with solid problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and within a team.
• Sense of urgency and accountability for results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Ability to create network diagrams.
• Experience conducting cost‑benefit analysis for logistics solutions.
