Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will work on‑site in Amman, supporting RCC’s interior fit‑out and construction projects. This full‑time position ensures that all project documentation is accurately organized, up‑to‑date, and readily available for project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, log and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining strict version control.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems in line with company procedures.
• Support project managers and technical staff by providing timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure document compliance with standards.
• Prepare regular reports on documentation status and audit trails.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within construction, contracting or interior design.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with document management systems.
