Electrical Site Engineer (Construction)

About the role

ASALI Engineering Consulting & Project Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to lead the electrical works on large‑scale building projects. You will supervise installations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on‑site electrical installations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents.
• Verify that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical activities with architectural, structural, mechanical and other disciplines.
• Track site progress, identify technical or coordination issues, and provide solutions.
• Conduct inspections, review contractors’ inspection requests and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Prepare as‑built drawings, technical reports and progress updates.
• Support the project team through construction, testing, commissioning and handover phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in site works and supervision.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building projects, preferably with an engineering consultancy.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
