Electronic Technician

About the role

The Electronic Technician will work full‑time on‑site at Millennium Farms in Amman, supporting the farm’s modern automation infrastructure. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing electronic systems that drive efficient and sustainable agricultural processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect and service control panels, sensors and other automation devices used in farm operations.
• Diagnose electronic and electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance and replace or repair faulty components.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimise equipment downtime and ensure safe, reliable performance.
• Document repair activities, follow safety procedures and suggest improvements to electronic systems.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in electronics technology and electricity, preferably with a diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair a variety of electronic devices and farm automation equipment.
• Practical soldering skills for assembling, repairing and modifying circuit boards.
• Knowledge of safety standards for electrical work and the ability to read technical manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with industrial or agricultural equipment is an advantage.
