Elite Partnerships & Growth Lead

About the role

Vyltic is building the first dedicated infrastructure for padel in Jordan, connecting venues, players, sponsors and service providers through a unified platform. As the Elite Partnerships & Growth Lead you will be the primary relationship manager and growth driver, ensuring existing partners thrive while continuously expanding the network.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture all external relationships with venues, sponsors, and Platinum Ambassadors.
• Maximise the value of each partnership while maintaining high partner satisfaction.
• Define and enforce Vyltic’s brand standards across the ecosystem.
• Co‑create partnership SOPs and KPIs together with the founder.
• Prospect, negotiate and close new venue contracts and B2B partnerships.
• Sell the full Vyltic offering, including platform access, consulting services, retainers and sponsorship packages.
• Design, execute and measure side‑event activations that engage the player community.
• Maintain a live pipeline, analyse results and optimise conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Professional presence that commands respect in both venue owner offices and sponsor boardrooms.
• Proven ability to make partners and internal teams better off through collaboration.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment.
