Entertainment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Entertainment Manager to lead the daily entertainment programme at our newly opened luxury hotel in Rome. The role combines creative programme design with operational oversight to ensure memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and manage daily entertainment activities and special events.
• Supervise, motivate and evaluate entertainers and support staff.
• Plan and allocate resources, including budgets, equipment and staffing, to meet programme objectives.
• Engage with guests to promote activities, collect feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, food‑hygiene and all relevant legal and company standards.
• Drive sustainable practices in line with the hotel’s ESG and CSR commitments.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing entertainment teams in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Creative thinking, strong communication and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Experience with budget and resource management.
• Commitment to sustainability, health‑safety and regulatory compliance.
