ERP Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Specialist to promote and sell ERP solutions to companies across various industries. The role involves understanding customer business processes, identifying requirements, presenting tailored ERP solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities for ERP solutions.
• Contact potential customers through calls, meetings, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Analyse customer business processes, operational challenges and ERP needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and present demonstrations of ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Supply Chain and Asset Management.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to design suitable ERP solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, record leads, opportunities and forecasts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Participate in exhibitions, business events and customer visits as needed.
• Support customers during the transition from sales to implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP or B2B technology sales, preferably with manufacturing or industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
