Executive Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure a clean, comfortable environment for our guests. The role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, policies and procedures aligned with facility needs.
• Train, supervise, schedule and evaluate housekeeping staff to guarantee high‑quality service.
• Inspect rooms, public areas and common spaces regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with front‑desk, maintenance and other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, place orders and control budgeting.
• Handle guest or resident complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or residential setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of hygiene.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and address guest concerns professionally.
