Experienced Associate – T&T QRM

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate for its T&T Quality Risk Management (QRM) team in Jordan. The role supports and advises client‑facing consulting teams to ensure delivery excellence across engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse major impacts associated with quality issues to identify cost drivers.
• Execute quality activities, including methods, tools, and engagement quality management processes appropriate to engagement size and complexity.
• Provide objective, timely feedback on engagement risks and mitigation strategies, escalating concerns to firm leadership when necessary.
• Confirm that contractual and non‑contractual obligations are fulfilled, off‑boarding processes are completed, and client satisfaction is documented.
• Answer ad‑hoc queries and develop a deep understanding of Deloitte’s consulting service offerings.
• Act as a business partner, creating practical commercial solutions that balance client service excellence with Deloitte’s risk management.
• Maintain and implement relevant policies, procedures, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting consulting delivery teams and managing quality or risk initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate cost drivers.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate across borders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where requirements frequently change.
