External Sales Representative – Field (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic External Sales Representative to join our team in Jordan. The role involves field‑based selling of our fragrance and perfume products, building relationships with existing clients and acquiring new accounts. You will represent the brand in the field, promoting product lines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to current and potential customers.
• Expand the customer base and acquire new accounts.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in field/external sales within the Jordanian market.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication abilities.
• Own a personal car and hold a valid Jordanian driver’s license (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of the targeted geographical areas in Jordan.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a competitive market.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of 300 JOD per month.
• Car allowance of 200 JOD per month.
• Sales commission of 5 % on achieving 100 % of the monthly target.
