F&B Outlet Manager

About the role

The F&B Outlet Manager will lead the assigned outlet at Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla, operating it as an independent profit centre while delivering Hyatt’s international standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update the outlet’s departmental operations manuals.
• Attend weekly Food & Beverage and department head meetings.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and regular communication meetings.
• Maintain departmental communication tools such as notice boards, log books and handover reports.
• Provide the Materials Department with detailed product specifications for outlet items.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Hyatt standards.
• Establish and train staff on outlet service standards.
• Monitor outlet operations, especially during peak periods, and make adjustments as needed.
• Supervise Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader, wait staff and hosts/hostesses.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a food and beverage outlet or restaurant.
• Ability to operate within budget and achieve financial targets.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
