F&B Service Expert – Waiter

About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) in Amman, Jordan. You will be part of a team that creates memorable dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served from the moment they sit down until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
