Finance Associate

About the role

Four Winters is seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to manage the company’s financial operations and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with leadership to drive growth, oversee budgeting, cash flow, reporting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular financial reports, evaluate business performance and present insights.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections, monitoring actual results against targets.
• Analyze sales, costs, profitability and operational performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and payment schedules to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Collaborate with department managers to control expenses, improve efficiency and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide financial insights for new store openings, franchising initiatives and business expansion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax requirements and internal controls, coordinating with external accountants and auditors as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
