Flight Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Flight Operations Officer to support daily flight operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of flights. The role works closely with flight dispatchers, crews, and external service providers to maintain smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Flight Dispatchers in preparing and filing operational and ATC flight plans.
• Review weather, NOTAMs, airport conditions, and operational restrictions.
• Coordinate landing and overflight permits, slots, PPRs, and ground handling.
• Monitor flights and provide operational support to flight crews.
• Arrange fuel, handling, catering, and other flight requirements.
• Manage operational changes, delays, diversions, and disruptions.
• Communicate with crews, ATC, airports, authorities, and service providers.
• Maintain flight documentation, records, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
• Report operational irregularities, safety concerns, and significant events.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Aviation, Flight Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in flight operations or dispatch is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to operational requirements.
