Food Runner – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team at Roberto’s in Amman. As a Guest Service Support Expert you will help create a memorable dining experience by ensuring food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables and replenish dining areas with necessary supplies.
• Assist the kitchen by delivering orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clean work areas, including clearing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle and transport food items, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Read and verify menu information to support service flow.
• Navigate the restaurant safely on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards and uniform guidelines.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to lift, carry and move items as described.
• Basic reading ability to verify menu details.
