Forex Country Manager – Jordan

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Jordan, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s forex business in the Jordanian market. You will be responsible for driving sales, building a network of Introducing Brokers, and acquiring high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue in Jordan.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutions.
• Identify, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage a high‑performing local sales and business development team.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
• Established network of clients and Introducing Brokers in the region.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Based in Jordan with fluency in Arabic and English.
