Franchise Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Franchise Development Executive to identify and secure strong partners who will open new Four Winters locations in untapped markets. You will guide prospects from the first conversation through to a successful opening day, ensuring the brand expands strategically and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new markets, targeting operators with the financial capacity and drive to succeed.
• Generate interest and build a pipeline of qualified partners in each target market.
• Present the Four Winters brand and business case, supporting partners through deal negotiations.
• Coordinate design, contractors, training, and opening requirements with internal teams.
• Identify potential delays early and keep partners on track toward launch.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to provide updates and support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine expansion strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer acquisition, partnership building, or business launch.
• Ability to locate and approach promising prospects without relying on introductions.
• Strong storytelling skills to explain business opportunities with clear numbers.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and follows through without constant reminders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess financial viability of potential partners.
