Freelance Banking Trainer

About the role

We are seeking seasoned banking professionals ready to transition from operational roles into knowledge leadership. The role involves designing and delivering industry‑relevant training programs that strengthen institutional capability and elevate professional standards across the GCC and MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led banking programs aligned with client objectives.
• Customize content to reflect applicable regulatory frameworks and market practices.
• Facilitate interactive sessions using adult‑learning methodologies.
• Incorporate real‑world case studies and practical banking insights.
• Conduct training needs assessments and post‑session evaluations when required.
• Represent the training institution professionally in all client engagements.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of professional experience within the banking industry.
• Strong expertise in one or more areas such as Credit & Lending, Risk Management, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational excellence standards.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC & MENA region as needed.

Required skills
