Freelance Corporate Trainer – Design & Deliver Programs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced freelance trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for corporate and institutional clients in Amman. The role involves creating engaging, results‑driven learning experiences aligned with client objectives and adult learning principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led training programs, both in‑person and virtual.
• Customize content to meet client needs, industry context, and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate interactive sessions using adult learning methodologies, including workshops, simulations, case studies, and group activities.
• Conduct pre‑course needs analysis and post‑training evaluations when required.
• Align delivery with agreed learning objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams on logistics, materials, and session flow.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively with clients.
• Submit required reports, attendance sheets, and feedback summaries after each delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or consultant.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in fields such as Finance, Banking, Data Analytics, AI, Strategy, Leadership, Real Estate, Project Management, or ICT.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage senior professionals and diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering training in corporate or government environments.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Reliable, well‑prepared, deadline‑driven, and willing to travel when required.
• Ability to work independently under a freelance engagement model.
