About the role
Nshamah Educational Platform is seeking a Full Stack Developer & Prompt Engineer to create AI‑powered learning experiences. The role combines traditional web development with the design of intelligent prompts that drive personalized content.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend systems using Laravel (PHP).
- Develop responsive frontend features with Next.js (React).
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to enhance content and user experience.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs into the learning platform.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver smart, AI‑driven functionalities.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security across the stack.
Required profile
- Strong full‑stack development experience.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI tools.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving educational technology environment.
