Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Guest Relation Agent ensures every guest receives personalized, attentive service from arrival to departure. You will be the face of the hotel, creating memorable experiences for VIPs, club members, first‑time visitors, and all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, verify profiles, and complete registration cards.
• Address guests by name, escort them to rooms, and provide welcome amenities such as letters, fruit baskets, and club‑floor items.
• Maintain and update guest history files, preferences, VIP levels, and remarks in the system.
• Monitor upcoming arrivals for unexpected VIPs and prepare special treatments.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, following up to ensure resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities and services whenever appropriate.
• Inspect room amenities, ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, and log daily activities.
• Support the Guest Relations department with expenditure tracking and special projects as assigned.
