Hostess (Food & Beverage) – Full‑time

About the role

Join the Guest Service Support team at Roberto's, a Marriott International venue in Amman, to create memorable dining experiences. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and waitlists.
• Assist the kitchen and service staff by setting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Handle menu presentation, answer basic queries, and support guests throughout their visit.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Uphold safety standards, uniform guidelines, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to read and verify menu information accurately.
