About the role

Join a leading luxury hotel brand as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert on the moonlight shift. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and service carts throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to high hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies during the shift.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
