About the role

Join Marriott International in Amman as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert and Talent Coach. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest quality standards while supporting the housekeeping team’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other facilities after cleaning to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve room‑status issues.
• Prepare and communicate room‑assignment changes to the next shift.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation and employee coaching.
• Follow all company safety, security and operational policies; report maintenance problems and safety hazards.
• Provide courteous guest service, including assistance for guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or related experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift, push and pull housekeeping equipment and perform physical tasks as described.
• Basic computer literacy for entering and retrieving work‑related information.
