Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman, delivering the high‑standard experience expected by luxury guests. You will be responsible for maintaining immaculate rooms and public areas while responding promptly to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to the brand’s Gold Standards.
• Deliver guest requests quickly and accurately, including extra supplies and special arrangements.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 lb.
