Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR department, shaping and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role ensures compliance, drives talent initiatives, and fosters a positive workplace culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the group’s HR strategy and develop local HR initiatives.
• Create action plans to support growth, address operational issues, and synchronize needs across HR functions.
• Monitor compliance with local labor laws and internal KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment for key positions, coordinating with the recruitment team.
• Conduct regular visits to departments and shops to engage employees and promote company culture.
• Assist in preparing the HR annual budget and support project implementation.
• Develop and track operational metrics to measure departmental effectiveness.
• Resolve employee grievances in line with company policies.
• Produce regular HR reports and contribute to attraction and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7‑9 years of HR experience, including 4 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English; local language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR‑related software.
