Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to join our HR team. The role involves managing day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with company policies in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee health insurance, including enrollments, cancellations, renewals and invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare employment contracts, official HR letters and maintain employee documentation.
• Coordinate the full hiring process: contract signing, personnel file creation, system setup and onboarding.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Monitor probation periods, coordinate performance evaluations and manage fixed‑term contract renewals.
• Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews and complete end‑of‑service clearance.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (KayanHR).
• Process medical leave approvals, support recognition programs and assist payroll preparation.
• Manage HR correspondence, participate in projects to improve employee experience and respond to employee inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of health‑insurance administration and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• KayanHR or similar HRIS system.
• Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
