Human Resources Officer

About the role

T‑Link, a US‑based wireless retail provider, is expanding its back‑office operations in Jordan and seeks a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join the Amman team. This full‑time, on‑site position works according to U.S. time zones and supports the company’s store operating standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, from goal setting to evaluations.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to build staff capabilities.
• Administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely compensation.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with Jordan labor law.
• Maintain clear communication with employees regarding HR matters and company updates.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor legislation.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a small team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications or retail sector is a plus.
